Hey ABM, Merry Christmas!

I delivered out in Milwaukie last week. What an armpit. With the exception of Waverly Country Club area that I delivered to. Amazing house there. But, dang some of the areas in Milwaukie I was delivering to were very meth labbish. Isn't that your neck of the woods?

Yeah, a few of the areas around Milwaukie are very sketch. I live off of King Rd. in the nicer part of town. Really, though, I only live here due to the fact that I'm less than 10 minutes away from my current job. If I do accept the position with the mortgage lender, my office would be in the Clackamas Town Center area, so I'd still be very close there, as well.

I hear ya, though.....for a Lake Oswego boy, this is pretty much an armpit neck of the woods. Oh, and I wouldn't doubt McLoughlin Blvd. has more strip clubs per sq/mi than probably anywhere in the region!

Oh nice, yeah I was in the King Rd. area for a bit. Much nicer than the west side of town. Have you ever been to Waverly Country Club? The houses surrounding it are awesome!
