The tear was bigger than they thought & they cleaned out a lot of shit in the shoulder but all went well. The injections they shot into the top of my shoulder left me with a dead arm for the next 18-24 hours. And I know once this wears off I;m going to be hurting big time. Anyway I'm looking forward to a great game tonight.

GO YANKEES!

Same out here on the West Coast, Summer hath arrived......the mildest winter on record for So. Cal, I can ever recall in 45 yrs, I've lived here now. Some days are downright hot, enough to leave the truck air condition on, and the Central Air in the House to......

My winter here was pretty normal, 50-60s down into the 40s at night. We didn't get any freezes this year but its been drier. First time in 5 years I'm getting May Gray and June Gloom, coolest spring In a decade +. Typical el nino year for SD county.

Feel better soon Rick. We may need 30 pitches out of you next week

Quick recovery Rick. Maybe when you're healed,
the Yankees will replace E. Rogers. LOL

Thanks Frank. Listen you were one of the 1st on this new board after ESPN went down, don't be a stranger.

And cage, thank you, you also need to pop in more often.

Glad to see you're back from the hospital in one piece!

Thanks Steve, once these injections wear off I'm going to be in a world of hurt.

Rick-

Now that a few days have passed, how's the shoulder...? how much pain you dealing with....? hope your doing well ol' buddy........

I'm doing okay Rob. The sling is off & I'm doing things around the house. My days are fine but my nights get tough. Of all the surgeries I've had the shoulders are problem the mildest. Please give my very best to Kim.
