Just move the Raiders to Portland already

I'm all for this but how would this work -- Timbers Stadium is nowhere near the size that can host an NFL team.

The Pearl PO site is the perfect location IMO.

Industrial NW would be better. Use it to spur new development between the Willamette and Forest Park.

I could go for this. Cowboys are in the NFC so I could easily root for the raiders unless they face off against the Cowboys.

Autzen for a year or two, and then new stadium...wherever. Industrial idea, I like.

I like the Pearl site for the fact that directly across the river/broadway bridge the entire area is zoned for a parking district.

A stadium on the river with Forest Park as the background would be better. Also the Broadway bridge couldn't handle the game day traffic, it's almost in as bad of shape as the Steel bridge. The Fremont would be the better choice.

Another thing/incentive that I just remembered -- Portland's industrial zones have no height restrictions.

I think even the Timbers stadium temporarily would beat the dump they're playing in right now.
