I think there's a good chance Blake gets a call from the Blazers. He'd have to come cheap though. If Billups is healthy again, he'd be a good mentor for the young guards we have, especially on defense.

He is 37, has barely played in 3 years, and Detroit did not pick up his option for 2.5. My guess he is done.
