Last year Dr Chris Stackpole and the new training staff did an amazing job. 4 starters who played all 82 games is an unbelievable accomplishment.

The additions of Kaman and Blake to the team will be an interesting test for the training staff but also could be vital test for the future of the team.

NBA teams like Phoenix and San Antonio have great training staffs who seem to get a lot out of older players. While I don't expect Kaman and Blake to play all 82 games I would love to see them play 60. But also if the training staff can get good mileage out of these two I think it would be beneficial in how we shape the roster in the future.

Unless Blake gets passed and is 3rd string, we are going to need more then 60 games out of him.

Blake played:

53 games 2011-12
45 games 2012-13
55 games 2013-14

I'd be really happy with 60 games.

The training staff surpassed all expectations last season, I don't see them dropping off and Kaman and Blake are healthy now

Sly posts about once a month about "Dr. Stackpole." I always figure it's a porn post till I read it and realize that apparently, Sly didn't make up the name.

I still have my suspicions, though.
