You can take a boat trip up and down the Wailua River, or at least you used to be able too.
I believe its the only running river in all the Islands.

After this trip, hopped right back into the season grind. But looking back we had an amazing time. Little less rain would have been cool, but we know what it’s like there, and still love it! can’t wait to get back.

Well we had PLANNED on not going anywhere this allstar break and pay off some bills, then I made the mistake of looking at the Delta app…..Normally it’s anywhere from 85,000-150,000 SkyMiles for a round trip for ONE person…… For some reason it was 35,000 miles round trip!!!!! So 70,000 for the BOTH of us. I didn’t even ask my wife and just booked it! Thats unreal….
There goes the responsible @THE HCP ! I just had to for that price. I just looked at miles from PDX>San Francisco and it was 68,000 for just ONE person!

My wife’s favorite care is a Mini, so just booked one on TURO like we have in the past with Jeeps. Only $250 for the week.

I guess you can go to Hawaii on a budget!!! This will be our Christmas present, so I’m cool with that.

Saw this. Friend lives in Kauai right where we are staying and said they felt that earthquake today all the way up there. Kinda scary.

BG (in Hilo) said it felt like his office hit a speed bump. Then they got some little shakes for awhile. He said they even felt it on Oahu, which isn't even the closest island.
