I guess the 3rd woman claiming something against Kavanaugh (the one represented by Creepy Porn Lawyer, Esq) has an Oregon Connection. WebTrends, an Portland Based company sued her for filing false sexual harassment

This is absolutely pathetic. How can these people live in the real world?

Personally, Much of this about abortion? I understand that.Sorry Hoop! But I just can't buy it.
This isn't about party, it only has become that in recent years.
This now is about whether we follow the Constitution and amend it by the prescribed process or we let un-elected Judges amend it as they see fit.
The beauty of the Constitution is the stability it provides in that it takes a super majority to change it. This is totally lost if we have judges that change it as they see fit rather than following what it says. This has been going on now for the past 40 years and is making things worse as we go rather than correctly fixing what should be. We no longer even try.
Who will play Kavanaugh?

Kevin Spacey.

The reaction from Lindsey after Samuel says to shut up or whatever... I was crying from laughter. lmao.
After reading through this entire thread, my conclusion is that there's only two ways this can play out.
1. Either this will end up with more posts than the Melo to Portland thread, if there is a lengthy FBI investigation.
Or
2. The thread will get locked because too many people spontaneously combust, if Kavanaugh is appointed.
I wasn't able to watch the hearings live due to work, but yeah. It as just as torturous, from what I've read here and in the news.Brave man to subject yourself to this entire thread
Yeah, heads will explode
She is scatterbrained and unreliable with no credibility. You cannot trust her memory.
Because it’s literally illegal for an employer to bring that up in a job interview. How ‘bout we just find another person who maybe hasn’t raped or assaulted someone. People keep saying this is not a legal case but a job interview. Ok. Pretty sure next time I’m interviewing for a job and i say hey it’s not confirmed yet but people are saying I used to sexually assault people but let’s not get into the weeds on that ok? I probably won’t get that job.
Because it’s literally illegal for an employer to bring that up in a job interview.
If the employer wants to fight a lawsuit that generally gives big damages, sure. Better Make sure it never comes out as even a plausible explanation for not getting the job.If the employer knows about it your not gonna get hired

That didn’t happen here. Either we can dispense with the bullshit that this is a “job interview”, or we can approve of illegal means used for political purposes. I am ok either way.

You’ve not been a hiring manager before, have you? Not being snarky, but there is waaaaay more that goes into it than that. You have to be able to justify it to at least a potential arbiter or mediator WHY any particular individual (especially after interviews) wasn’t chosen. All they have to say is he wasn't the best candidate for the job.
I missed where Kavanaugh brought up his HS party record without prompting.in this hypothetical, it wasn't brought up by an employer. It was given voluntarily.![]()
