I reference you to the Notorious RBG...not just her background, but her nomination, and her outspoken disdain for the President (justified or not). Her seat is not in question.
OK, that's a little funny.
If you believe polling, and I generally don't, North Dakota wants to confirm Kavanaugh 60-23%. That's a bold move by the Senator, who is shown to be down by 6-10 points.
It is what it is.
Yeah, she's probably going to lose her seat.
But hey, apparently not everyone is solely motivated by power.

You basically implied I'm a rape apologist and you didn't have shit to back it up. Now you want to randomly talk about trump to justify your stupid bullshit accusations. It is what it is.You brought them into the discussion.... Not me.
Ask your wife who she believes. Maybe you already know.
But bottom line, if you voted for Trump, you supported a man who has admitted to sexually assaulting women. It is what it is.
If you voted for Hillary Clinton you support a woman who knowingly got a rapist off the hook. It is what it isYou brought them into the discussion.... Not me.

Wow, that was really easy.
The very reason I would not confirm Kav is because of him showing bias and that cant be tolerated by a SCJ. Ginsberg also, showed bias which she shouldn't of done. Since she's pushing 90 I'll let her slide.Being outspoken of an idiot is not a crime so not sure what that has to do with anything or what I posted.

I realize that every human that walks the face of the earth is biased, but anyone deemed Supreme Anything should be slow to speak & quick to listen.
You don't know what happened, period. Not only are you deciding what happened without proof, you are then accusing anyone who disagrees with you of supporting rape. Fuckin crazy. I didn't even say I thought he was innocent, I was commenting on the lack of evidence and how difficult it would be to prove something like that.I sure did.
And if you have come to the conclusion that after hearing both of their testimonies that you believe Kavanaugh, I'll say that shit again.

But that was enough for you to drop the "sex assault supporter" bomb lol. You just can't handle it when someone questions your radical bullshit, can you. They must be some kind of degenerate to not fully embrace your theories.
Watch the whole thing. Im a very unbiased neutral libertarian. Everyone falls short!Listening isn't their job.
Please stop comparing that attacker to RBG. She's an amazing woman.
Now seriously, did you watch both testimonies?
I don't like Kav as a SCJ, not because someone has convinced me he's a rapist, because his demeanor & bias reflect his composure to do the job.
I think both parties have really hurt themselves. Power Hungary on both sides and because the balance of power is at stake, they both won't take prisoners, anything anyway to prevent it from happening, and Im not just talking about this incident because it wouldn't matter.

She may well be an amazing women, but she too is not infallible and she did apologize for her comments, which I appreciated.

My political leanings have nothing to do with the conclusion I've drawn.
I agree that political leanings shouldn't have bearing!Fair enough.
I'm just convinced he's a liar based upon the lies that are confirmed. That throws his whole testimony out.

Ha!
Perhaps you even believe it.
But the conclusion is not the same as mine, and right in step with what seems to be your political lean.
I could see a few dem's & Repub's running as a third party & Kasich could be one.
Not until they solve old style plurality voting. Clinton won the presidency with 42% of the vote. That means 58% of voters voted against him.
Rick Perry won Texas with 39%. 61% against.
That's just terrible. Only this will bring about a viable 3rd party:
If y'all would've ran Kasich against Clinton
I agree with this. We definitely need a viable 3rd party.
iT
IRV voting basically renders the parties meaningless.
Neither party wants it. That's how you know it's a good idea.
I not sure who is included in the "y'all" but the plain simple truth is, he could not win in the primary which was probably participated in
but most conservatives and libertarians, probably quite a few democrats too. At least where local voting rules allow.
So Trump rather badly whipped, what? 17 other primary candidates including Kasich.
like neither party wanted Trump
If neither party wanted trump why didn't y'all vote him out?
The average Republican wanted Trump.
Ahh that is the reason he is in office, A lot of people are fed up with the "Party". He is viewed as a chance to shake it up a bit.
