The very reason I would not confirm Kav is because of him showing bias and that cant be tolerated by a SCJ. Ginsberg also, showed bias which she shouldn't of done. Since she's pushing 90 I'll let her slide.
I realize that every human that walks the face of the earth is biased, but anyone deemed Supreme Anything should be slow to speak & quick to listen.

I didn't even say I thought he was innocent, I was commenting on the lack of evidence and how difficult it would be to prove something like that.

I watched both of their testimonies. Did you? You still have yet to confirm if you have.

Now, If you've seen both of them testify and you believe his confirmed lies over her testimony, then YES I'll say it over and over again that you're defending attackers of women.

I don't like Kav as a SCJ, not because someone has convinced me he's a rapist, because his demeanor & bias reflect his composure to do the job.
She may well be an amazing women, but she too is not infallible and she did apologize for her comments, which I appreciated.
I think both parties have really hurt themselves. Power Hungary on both sides and because the balance of power is at stake, they both won't take prisoners, anything anyway to prevent it from happening, and Im not just talking about this incident because it wouldn't matter.

Also, If y'all would've ran Kasich against Clinton, I would've voted Republican last election.
 
I could see a few dem's & Repub's running as a third party & Kasich could be one.

Not until they solve old style plurality voting. Clinton won the presidency with 42% of the vote. That means 58% of voters voted against him.
Rick Perry won Texas with 39%. 61% against.

That's just terrible. Only this will bring about a viable 3rd party:

but most conservatives and libertarians, probably quite a few democrats too. At least where local voting rules allow.
