If the Cavs win it all this year then I bet the chances of him opting out are greater. If they fall short then I think Loves's camp will see it (or sell it) as Kevin being the missing piece, and he will opt in.
 
more like, I want to watch the playoffs in a suit from the sidelines and make a fortune doing it
 
more like: I know the Lakers are going to get Jahil Okafor and I'll be a bench player there within 3 years.

I was putting words into Kevin Love's mouth.

And I dislike James because he had to cheat off of a sack of boiled gravel to get a passing grade in high school.
 
Man, if the Cavs end up winning without Love, without Irving (I read he's done for the year, right) AND without HCA?

How weird would it be to be Love and Irving, to know that the Cavs went on to win a title while you weren't playing.

I'm sure LeBron will have their rings engraved with "you're welcome" on the inside.
 
I remember when Greg Foster left the Jazz for the Lakers, played 2 minutes or so the whole season and won a ring while Stockton and Malone lost in two finals. Sometimes it's the roll of the dice. Malone tried to do the same thing but again didn't get the ring. The Cavs aren't winning it this season anyway and Love will not return to the rust belt.
 
The Cavs win because of Blatt, Blatt is a great coach, one of the best in the world. The problem they have is the egos can't co-exist in his system because it doesn't even has room for Lebron's ego. It's a team-oriented type of basketball and a system in which if you have special talent it can only make a difference in a team concept.

they dominated after Lebrons return from injury. They crushed the Celts with their big 3, swept Atlanta with a 50% Kyrie Irving, and pushed game 1 at Golden State into OT with Kyrie and Lebron playing great..
So how can you claim "egos" are the problem? KLove was complet Ely diminished there and he's saying he wants to come back just to win. They solved Kyrie's over-dominance of the ball early in the season. And LBJ is humble for being the best player on the planet. Egos aren't their downfall, it's the injuries
 
The star players can only have extra-value in this system by playing within the team concept. Role players can be equally as effective if they're good team players. The only way for Lebron, Kyrie and Love to do their best is by essentialy playing like role-players.
