son of a BITCH! I just saw this on the news. We were counting on him big time to make up for production lost with Matthews gone.

This is some really serious shit. Two felonies and a misdemeanor which means 6-10 years jail time. At best the kid is guilty of being a fucking dumbass. At worst, any chance of him having a somewhat normal life is gone.

After reading through Moseley's report, something is really weird about the whole incident. The police made a point to note that Kiko was really confused despite the fact that he did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Addicted to Quack is having a great discussion about the situation and I highly recommend people check it out.

I'm no doctor, but it sounds like schizophrenia which often comes on for people in their early 20's. I've heard there was definitely alcohol involved, but breaking down a door of a stranger has never occurred to me as the thing to do after a few pops. I recall a recent article where he was quoted about is first arrest sounding similarly out of sorts understanding what he was thinking when he got his DUI

Its hard to imagine the extenuating circumstances that might justify him getting the opportunity to play for the Ducks again. Regardless, I wish him the best... life > sport
