Seems like that was just a tool used to get more information out to possibly railroad him even further now that Ford was shown to be really unreliable and no one will still back her up.

How does a reporter write an article about Kavanaugh in bar, 30 years later, when the only person that was arrested was Chris Dudley?
Now we only hear of this in the town where he played most of his time, twenty years after he played here? Nobody listed him as one of the Jail Blazers?

How does this super sleuth intuit his truth?

If you listened to both of their testimonies and STILL believe him, we literally never have to debate politics again.

That would literally mean you don't care about the truth, and republicans will do anything to win at this sport they've turned politics into.

I don't know how ANYONE could listen to that MF talk and believe him. If you do, that says a lot...

You use the word sleuth... That's EXACTLY what a reporter is supposed to be, a sleuth for the truth.

As Republicans know, if you can't get votes from the masses voluntarily, then get a few rich donors to pay for expert advisors, advertising, and grandiose events. Manipulate those dumb reluctant masses into voting for you. Then, repay the donors with tax breaks.

This is bullshit. You always follow the story until it's conclusion.

You'd have hated it if they decided not to investigate Clinton. The pendulum swings both ways.

You seem to only get upset when the conservatives are in the crosshairs.

Based upon his temperament he showed in the hearing (not to mention the outright LIES he told), he's not even got to have the judgeship he has.

Mentioning "the left" and "the Clintons" also indicate to me that he's a political activist.

Bottom line, we can do better than Kavanaugh, punchable face and all.

That's what I'm saying. The Washington Post discovered Dudley's arrest after a couple months of sleuthing about a different person, Kavanaugh.

The Mickey Mouse Oregonian never discovered it after years of moral crusade sleuthing about, apparently, Whitsitt's black players only. Its motives were racist.

I watched the entire thing... she couldn’t remember how she got to or from a party that was 20+ min drive away from her house... then she couldn’t remember the setting or who paid for her lie detector... then she was constantly looking to democratic senators for how she should answer or having her lawyers jump in... not to mention her lawyer was referred to her by a democrat senator... and the four people the she named as witnesses have no recollection of this event... but that is enough evidence for you... an accusation is enough.
 
A big thing to think about here: whatever decision is made by the Senate sets an example for today’s teenagers. Do we want to tell them that they can drink, lie, and commit sexual assault and they can still be a Supreme Court Justice?
