lol, I admit that I do pay attention to them myself. Just out of curiousity. Sometimes, it's bad though so you have to have a thick skin.

Thanks, HCP. HCP & I used to get in serious fights on the old board and then I met him in a lobby of a hotel and I was like "oh... this is a really cool guy. I totally get him." We've gotten along ever since. I wish I could do that with some of the other posters on this board.

I think it should be a requirement that KS meets everyone on this board, just so people can understand him a little better lol. I've told some friends about this board, and everyone sends me a text later asking about this KingSpeed guy and if he is actually serious about whatever it is that he is saying. I enjoy it, he stands out and doesn't say the typical comment.

I've never met Eric in person, but he went out of his way to do me a favor awhile back :cheers: and I always enjoy his posts. It cracks me up when posters get all riled up over his posts. I think his subtle humor sometimes goes right over their heads.

He knows basketball better than many of his critics IMO.

dude you're just as delirious....Could you imagine if there were lots of Kingspeeds around here??? 600 threads a day of random thoughts about anything NBA all on the Portland boards...but whatever this place has been going into a shithole lately...too many manic posters dominating the threads. Everyone having super postive or negative posts...rarely middle ground (reality) is discussed.

Not that anybody cares but Ive posted much less on Blazer topics and much more on OT stuff. Besides for around 10 (rough guess) posters who are regulars threads are littered with idiotic, uninformed comments. Why try to talk about Algebra with a bunch of people struggling to add?....waste of time.

Im not saying in any way I am the know it all of bball. There are many opinions here I respect.I came to the POR boards to begin with because of the above average level of bball knowledge from the posters....this has sadly and steadily declined because of the influx of uninformed posters.

Everybody is entitled to dork out on sports boards, god knows Ive had my fun and stupidity...but the pile of crap far outweighs the substance on the POR boards

You'll never be attacked by me, Kingey. We all have our favorite players, but for some reason, some people disparage yours. On the flip side, when you find fault with a Blazer, I usually agree.

You are quite visible because you start a lot of threads. I stay low by never starting any. Maybe some of your opponents don't like your being a board leader and starting so many.

You were pretty popular when you wrote your travelogue about touring the country with the team. Maybe you could weave your goings-on into your posts.

Im glad I was mean to you, I only wish it would have affected you more so you would of left but I wasnt banking on it. Im glad you got your job back at Bones so hopefully you will be here less. Ive never watched that show and dont plan on it...just stay out off the show 24....unless Jack Bauer kills or tortures you on the show....that would be therapeutic.

Kingspeed talking to other about "hijacking" threads and having "meltdowns"....now thats beyond ironic.

You say this board is full of shit yet you come in to a completely harmless thread and start spouting it all over the place.

Here's a suggestion for you: Don't like what you see, don't post. Don't like what you see, don't get all worked up about it. Life is full of idiots so it would make sense for the internet to be full of them (in fact, I think the majority of the idiots in life are on the internet). If you're getting pissed at people being retarded, then you obviously haven't been going out much.

Like you said before, everyone is entitled to their opinions no matter how extreme or idiotic they sound.

I like how you assume shit on the internet, brotha. You must be new to this as you seem to get awfully sensitive once someone calls you out.

Nobody comes to a rival board with good intentions. You can't seriously think people will respect you especially with all the shit you talk and the team you support. You're going to get someone who calls you out and once that happened you freaked out.

Perhaps all the posts that intelligently destroy your arguments are marked as "idiotic" and "uninformed". :dunno:
