Oracle deliberately perpetrated a $300,000,000 fraud on the taxpayers of Oregon, and Larry Ellison should face criminal charges and jail time when convicted.

I know someone who worked on the project and they tell me the state putzed it up from the very beginning.

I suspect this is a purely political move for the upcoming elections and then the lawsuit will die a quiet death.
