Of course LBJ will instantly get a max extension but I'm not so sure about Wade. He may have to sweat it out a bit. At least I would be hesitant giving him a max deal.

Personally, and before I get blasted - it's just my opinion, I'm not sure it was that great a signing. If I remember the terms correctly it was 80 mil/5 years, right? I think he's worth that on a bad team or a first round exit team, but I'm not so sure about a championship contending team. It's hard to build a contender with that much money tied up in a 2 guard, which is one of the easiest positions to fill. It can be done, of course, but you need key players around him to sign value contracts, less than they could have gotten elsewhere for the chance to win it all. Oden will command big money, you'll need another FA PG once Miller leaves (Bayless is not the answer), and Portland will still have to bring in good, role playing vets to really have a shot, IMO, and those guys don't generally come very cheap. If Pritchard is trying to get a discount on LMA with future moves in mind, then I think he's doing the right thing.

Assuming he really is trying to sign him and not just biased against PFs as you suggest.

Roy is a little more then just some 2 guard! he is 2nd team all nba. You cant buy that my friend.
 
He's not a 2? What is he, a PF?

I know he's good, very good even, but it's still tough to build a contending team when your highest paid player is a SG.

Yeah, well, he's one of the best ever. The bulls were able to win with Jordan too. Is there another team that has champoinship hopes like that, I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Well I know and trust ABM. He's the one putting on the Meet and Greet with KP. I've made my bet with ODENISGOD so I'm neutral. If I had to pick someone to hold money I go with him or BlazerWookee.

I got a bet about LMA getting signed and this guy comes in hear and says i got pritchslapped because dante got signed before LMA!?!?! is it me or does that make royisclutch look pretty stupid? but yet he is still saying i cant comprehend what he wrote. i guess not. So was I semi expecting you to make a big deal about Dante Cunningham being signed before LMA.
