yeah, its a great location. looks like it was decorated in the early 1990s though. You'll need to dump another $500k to make it look decent. Offer: $2.1MM

Actually make that $1.65MM. Just saw what the neighbor sold for.
 
Across the Northwest, as long as you don't require living next to a major city, most owners of waterfront houses identical to Pritchard's can have their things moved out by the weekend if you offer them $1.0 million.
 
Lake Oswego... isn't that where Kevin Love is from? Did he grow up in a community as nice as that? (Wouldn't surprise me given his father was an NBA player and his uncle was Mike Love.)
