KP did play bball in Italy

He was drafted by the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association in 1990. He had a six-year NBA career spanning five teams—the Warriors, the Boston Celtics, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Miami Heat, and the Washington Bullets. He also holds the distinction of being the first player signed in the history of the Vancouver Grizzlies in 1995, although he was released before ever getting an opportunity to play a game for them. Pritchard's playing career also included a stint with Caceres C.B. in Spain, Pfizer Reggio Calabria in Italy in 1993-1994 and Bayer Leverkusen in Germany 1996-1997. He retired from playing in 1998.

I'm not sure Pritchard makes enough money to live in that house.
 
He did play in Italy but he isn't from here. I don't believe while playing in Italy in 1993 he had dreams of building a house in LO out of all places.

It's gotta be someone native to here, played in the NBA and in Italy.

Plus just searched RMLS which is the big database of houses, that house does NOT show up. Fishy, trying to conceal the location/identity
 
Good find. Saw him pull some permits about 2 years ago on construction monitor and he was doing a 400k add on.

I wouldn't worry about KP's imminent firing. At the rate houses are selling in this market, he's probably just positioning himself for when he gets fired two years from now.
 
KP is smart, who wants waterfront property with the monsoon season upon us, plus you should see the house he just bought now that he is getting his extension.
 
KP lives up the street from my place. I couldn't tell with the closeup picture, but the last picture in the photo gallery confirms it--it's his house.
