Krstic: “It’s still tough for me”
March 4, 2008, 3:24 pm In his latest blog posting, Nenad Krstic says that while he doesn’t have pain in his knee, there are things he still cannot do. “I’m still trying to get my rhythm back and the rhythm of the game”, he writes. “In the past – before the injury – if I had a bad game, I’d come in the gym (afterwards) and shoot like 500 shots and feel much better. I can’t do that right now because I can’t put too much stress on my knee.” His prescription: “It’s really like I need more time”.

Well that's great. He still doesn't feel 100% on that knee? Yikes; it's going to take 2 years to recover from this thing. I'd also say that his inability to recover by now puts his contract status in serious jeapordy.
