I'm guessing Rizzle is going to need the midget up top for support, if you know what I mean.

This is seriously the longest time we've spent time talking about a scrub (Ariza) since Darius Miles.

The "scrub" all you guys were ogling for an offseason acquisition before this incident? :devilwink:

He's a scrub. And no, I wasn't on board with that thread. Go back and read it. I was always Batum >>>> Ariza. Bynum is seriously the only decent young player on that entire roster!

Bottom line - this is clear validation that the Blazers arrived. PJ would not care if the Blazers did not give him something to think about.

Good. Get used to it. The Blazers are here to give PJ plenty other reasons to whine about things that do not matter trying to avoid the obvious. They are going to be a major pain in his side for a long long time.

I have never ogled Ariza. The only player on your team that I have talked about possibly acquiring is Kobe.

Like how the Kings "arrived" all those years? :ghoti:

Hey - the Kings were a fantastic ball-club - and there are some questions about a certain game-6 against them... - they might have arrived more than the history books show...

At the end of the day this does not matter, this Blazers team is not that Kings team - and more importantly - this Lakers team - is not that Lakers team. With all due respect - having the Diesel in his prime and most dominant form is something this Lakers team does not have - and while I like Bynum - let's not kid ourselves - Bynum is not likely to ever be as good as Shaq was then even at his prime - certainly not the way he is now.

Prepare for an onslaught of ever more ridiculous PJ antics.

Who are you trying to convice? You or me? :devilwink:

No need to convince anyone.

Brown: scrub
Farmer: scrub
Ariza: scrub. His bballIQ is absurd. What would he do w/o Kobe?

...Sorry, it's taking me a while to even remember the names of the other players on the bench...

Sun Yu: seriously?
Morrison: lol
Powell: who?

Dont make me bump the thread!

Feel free to bump it Rizzle.

The Kings were a great ball club, and extremely fun to watch. It's a shame they didn't win a championship, and the Lakers really can't talk shit. It's not like they won that shit legit.

Meh, I dont know if you are in it...just saying it does exist. I think ABM started it

Deron Williams is a good player, but this has to make people question his leadership abilities. Look at all the talent on that team, and yet they can't win. I think that's a reflection of his inability to get his teammates involved.

wrong thread dork

Ariza isn't a scrub, he's a nice complementary player. I'd rather have Batum, but Ariza is a valuable player.

scrub 2 (skrb)
n.
1. A straggly, stunted tree or shrub.
2. A growth or tract of stunted vegetation.
3. An undersized or poorly developed domestic animal. This is pretty fitting for Ariza.
4. An undersized or insignificant person.
5. Sports A player not on the varsity or first team.
6. Australian Remote rural land; the bush.

I had no idea there are so many definitions for scrub.
