Allow me to proffer an unpopular hypothetical: if the Blazers had been able to deal Duckworth for Williams and kept Bowie, they would have won at least one title.
Maybe, but who's our starting PF in that scenario? Bowie?

I also think Buck gave the team a toughness they didn't have before. I remember forwards from opposing teams complaining that Buck was pushing them under the basket to get rebounds.

aha. Sounds great, but it seems unlikely to me that the Nets do that trade.
Maybe. But Duck was what, 5 years younger, and massively more productive in 88-89 than Bowie was. You think they were so perceptive that they could tell that Duck had peaked at 24?

I'm disappointed Clyde wasn't in the documentary more. Clyde and Jorden where thought of the top guards in the game and he doesn't even say anything.
Hell even Barkley got a number of highlights and even a sit down portion. What gives? Lol.

I don't care if Clyde gets 30 seconds. He should have been in there and said something. Makes him look even more like a puss and it pains me to say that because he was my favorite player for so long.

Yeah, there is a lot of Mike Jordan discontent in the documentary. Even old and revered, the well of resentment runs deep.

I'm mostly watching it for the Pippen highlights.

I refuse to watch one lousy second of this "Cockumentary". The classless " Thank GOD, i didn't go to Portland" Michael Doodad's love session.

That's NOT why Jordan lit him up.

Jordan was all marketing hype. Bowie would have been the better pick had he not gotten hurt.

Put Drexler on those Bulls teams and they win 8 titles because Drexler doesn't go and try to play baseball.

Jordan was just 'Nique with a marketing engine behind him.

Jordan? More like Poorman('s Dr J).

I rest my case. Fun documentary, though. Pippen was awesome.

What the hell?
I have been a hoops fan all my life and I'm one of the rare fans who couldn't stand MJ and thought he brought in the superstar call to the game...he brought the get out of foul calls free pass before Shaq had it passed on to him....Jordan would scream at refs....if he were Rodman he'd have had more ejections than Denny....I cheered for every team that played the Bulls to beat them...I haven't watched the documentary and doubt I will....the guy pissed me off long ago.

I thought this was a netflix thing. Went back to the op and it doesn't say. Scrolled down and don't see it mentioned what channel this is on?

was gonna sit down and stRt watching it tonight.

They glossed over CHI losing to ORL a bit. Attributing that solely to MJ being out of basketball shape is a lil iffy. Shaq only put up 24/13 in that series and not a word about him.

Are you making a joke?

Im starting to remember why I didn't like Jordan when he played. Odd how the documentary has gone from "sweet! this is so cool" to "guh, enough about Jordan being the best ever".

I've always wondered what's up with your Pippen infatuation. Now it makes sense. You're delusional and have resented Jordan all this time for relegating Pip to second fiddle, which is all he was ever good for.

To be clear: Isiah Thomas is, and was an asshole. But no more of an asshole than Jordan, and he had a MUCH harder young life.

I don't know about Zeke's upbringing, but MJ's dad was a real gem. This really explains a lot about Jordan.

That's why i call it a "Cockumentary". It's just another BJ for MJ.
