7-3 would be great. I'd take that and run . . . FAST. That 4 game roady scares me. Remember the last time we went to Olk City? It could easily wind up being a 1-3 trip. The Lakers are still battling with Cleveland for homecourt, and I'd bet they circled this game on the calendar after the last go-round in P-Town.

6-4 or 5-5 seems more likely.

It's possible we slip up against OKC, but I think we get wins against Utah, LA, and Denver on our court. We always play well against those teams at home.

8-2.

Favourites in the home games, favourites in the road games against bad teams, underdogs in the road games to good teams.

I almost went with that same prediction Minstrel, but I just get a feeling we'll slip up against the Clips. We already did it once this year.

They're just so bad. I can't see it happening again. if there's a trap road game, I'd say it's OKC. But I'll still predict what is likeliest to happen, in my view. They may drop an unexpected game, but they may also win an unexpected one.

I have us 8-2 with the only losses coming at Houston and at San Antonio as well.

If you guys are right about 8-2, then we'd most likely be the #4 seed. That would mean 53 wins. The Rockets have a brutal scedule - we'd pass them. Denver's schedule is soft - they would probably still be #3. I can't imagine that the Hornets or Jazz can pass us if we go 8-2 with their schedules. And Dallas isn't going 10-0.

I still think 6-4 isn't bad. Probably leave us with 6 or 7 seed, which might be where we belong.

A 3-6 seed is just fine for me. It is all about match ups not home court. Look at the last two years Jazz vs Rockets. The Jazz have been a 4 and Houston a 5. But both times the Rockets have had the home court advantage.Who won?......The team without the home court advantage. It's all about match ups. Who do we match up well against?

I think we go 7-3

Clippers game is at the end of a back-to-back and it's on the road. That spells disaster for this team.

The Clippers are playing for reverse first, so I am pretty sure they will be in Blake Griffin mode. :devilwink:

I am going to say 8-2 with my heart. I am going to say 5-5 at worst. So If Phoenix loses one more game we are in with that prediction.

Why are so many of you pegging a loss against Utah? They are coming off a back to back that night. Utah is not a good road team. We've been playing very well at home lately against good teams...it's the average/crappy teams we need to worry about.

That's exactly my prediction as well. I love copying a post rather than writing my own.:ghoti:

This is where my head is at. There might be a loss in there to OKC or possibly Denver, but I think 7-3 is a fair bet, 6-4 at worst.

Well I predicted 55 wins for the season. So 10 and 0.

I just really don't see us losing to the Lakers at home. Why now?

I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling we'll lose at home to the Lakers this time. The Lakers probably will feel they have something to prove and the Blazers might be a little flat since wins have been automatic here for a while now.

I think they get pretty pumped for the Lakers, and with the Rose Garden crowd behind them.... I think it's a dubya.

Well since I'm going to be there they should win now that I think about it!

GO BLAZERS!!
