You put it into your ear be first squeezing the foam. The foam molds in the inside of your ear because it is memory foam. It's like 10 bucks. Very nice buy.</div>How do YOU remember which ear to put it in? does it say? And what end is up, etc.?I also hate the standard Ipod headphones. When I turn it up loud, the bass is effed up, and rattles them or something.

Um, if the wires are pointing down...then..yeah?

I just got 3 pairs of all white Air Force 1's as well. They are my favorite white shoe so I buy a few pairs.
