None. The entire point of salary caps is to protect teams' profits from their own potential mismanagement.

So or later I would say 3/4 quarter of the team will be over the cap. Pretty soon there going be guys going get these 200 hundred thousand dollars contract.

Minst...I am not sure if the NBA has a profit share like baseball. For years, the Pirates were bottom feeders while the Yankees played the royal status and were the luxury tax kings. The NJ Nets became the Brooklyn Nets after purchase from a Russian billionaire but I am not aware if the NJ Nets were a profitable enterprise.

Why would teams go bankrupt? I really don't understand the logic. The NBA is more popular than ever worldwide. NBA stars are celebrities in Europe, Asia and America. The NBA has just signed a massive TV deals, meaning teams are full of cash, which they must spend. The value of NBA franchises is at an unprecedented number.
I'm actually thrilled that the actors of the sport are getting paid. Contrary to the NFL, where the Owners are getting paid, while the players are getting "robbed". I wish every company in America was run like the NBA. If the company is making money, everyone should benefit, not just a few people.
Long live the NBA. Long live the new billionaires.
