I wonder if Kyle will take his gun to tonight's riots?
That wouldn't be wise

Why do we have police? I mean, you can carry their gun, walk down any street, any state, “defend” anyones property, and when you make someone angry, just kill them. Go home, move on. Easy peasy.
Huh
I’m saying he believes the jury has spoken and that’s the end. As do I. Case closed. Doesn’t mean I like it. Get off your high horse Jesus
should that video have been allowed in court?
The problem is giving extremists an equal say because extreme viewpoints are controversial and generate interest.fucking extremists ruining middle ground politics

Eh... Video just shows kids will say stuff. Ive heard lots of kids say they'd shoot people, or kill people, or kill themselves... They are infinitely more likely not to follow through with it than to do it...
Most kids say something like that at one point or another and it doesn't change the facts of the case.
Acquitted.how loud did you scream white privilege when oj was aquitted?
I assure you I said some stupid things in my teens but never that.Eh... Video just shows kids will say stuff. Ive heard lots of kids say they'd shoot people, or kill people, or kill themselves... They are infinitely more likely not to follow through with it than to do it...

Character doesn't make someone guilty of murder. Sorry bro. Someone can be the worst person ever but still not have committed murder.Yes.
It goes to show his character
It's relevant. It should have been allowed
But his buddy the Judge wasn't about to let that happen.

Acquitted.
I’m not sure you’re making the point you think you are unsurprisinglymoved on quite a ways i see….
i see it because im up on that high horse. Lol.
I’m not sure you’re making the point you think you are unsurprisingly
So, after a teenager says they'd harm somebody, how often do you think that actually leads to them doing it within weeks? What percent of threats do you think are followed through with?
I'm guessing less than 5%... Maybe less than 1%...
Why? If there is no correlation or causation it can only serve to introduce bias. And that's why it should have been included as evidence

I'm not 100% opposed to it being introduced as evidence, but I also see the argument against it.
*Edit* Eh... Still... I don't see how it helps anything. It doesn't change the fact that he was being attacked when he fired the first shot.
Everything after that was just unfortunate. And I think everybody involved has had their lives destroyed enough to not want to go through it again.
Agreed.Well hopefully he doesn't walk around with an assault rifle anymore
Yeah I’m sure he’s a changed man and his views on guns are forever changedWell hopefully he doesn't walk around with an assault rifle anymore

If you can drag in irrelevancy, so can I.thats all you got? Focused on a typo or spelling error???
Just a joke…..nothing more…
Got a call from my son warning me to avoid social media. Apparently, the wingnut fever swamp is already openly crowing about now having a license to hunt lefties. SMH. Nothing good is going to come from this verdict.
