The Texas Legends announced today that they have acquired forward Justin Martin from the available player pool.
Martin (6-6, 205, SMU) played in Germany prior to coming to the Legends averaging 9.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in nine games. In three seasons at Xavier, Martin played 94 games and averaged 11.7 points, 5.2 rebounds his junior season before transferring to Southern Methodist University. As a Mustang, Martin put out 5.7 points, 2.2 rebounds in 12.2 minutes.
Martin is expected to be in uniform this Wednesday night as the Legends host the Austin Spurs at 7pm. The game will be broadcast live on television-Texas 47-and radio-kvgiradio.com. For tickets or information visit www.TexLegends.com.
