It finally happened: an Oregon institution, Les Schwab Tires, has been sold

they were putting tires on my family's vehicles in the 60's. Brand loyalty was easy with this company

Les Schwab went straight into the toilet when Les stepped aside. They’ve been living on past reputation for the past 25 years. The Wilsonville Les Schwab is appalling and has been for years. They prey on women and teens unapologetically. I’ll take Discount Tire any day of the week.....

Costco Tire

Their prices aren’t a whole lot better (if at all) and you have to schedule rotations in advance. You can’t just drive in. Too, Discount Tire will actually dicker with you, especially when buying tires and wheels together. Service wise, they remind me of how Schwab used to be (but certainly isn’t any longer). Costco is way too chaotic.

The Schwabs on my side of town are always great. Dude who manages the store at 122nd and Division is a huge Blazer fan too.

I've gotten great service from the Les Schwab on Walker Road in Beaverton. I've had a long history of great service at Les Schwab in Corvallis. My wife has had great results from Les Schwab in Lake Oswego.
