The topic of how bad the Blazers' bench is certainly is a legitimate topic. The way he presents it is, in my estimation, inflammatory and his intent is to rile people up rather than discuss. This thread, while relatively mild compared to some, is written in his usual style. It's the pattern over all of MIXUM's threads that is of concern. You, and apparently the other mods, seem to have similar opinions on his posting here, but it doesn't mean that they're the only valid ones. As I said, I don't give a rip whether you let him continue to post or not, but it would seem from the comments that I read here on a nearly daily basis that many others disagree.

I have better things to do on New Years Eve than sit and type about MIXUM.

In terms of being redundant... that's unavoidable. I don't know how people can expect to have someone NOT post a strong opinion that they hold... and since we've got at least 82 times a year to get new data, there are lots of opportunities to say things, and it's natural that sometimes those things are the same.

How about give me examples of bitching and complaining in the last couple months? You won't find it. I've realized why moderators let him get away with it. He generates activity when he illicits as much negative reaction with his trolling. Dwight Jaynes writes about the Blazers like we write about the Blazers. Same thing. Same access to the team. I'm not auditioning to be a moderator. I do not know MIXUM is a troll, nor do I think it. You shouldn't presume to know what others think. It is my opinion that MIXUM is a Blazer fan. Can't you tell how many different ways there are of being a fan? Maybe his way is annoying to some. I agree that the people who don't like him, or what he posts, should not respond to him. But it is fairly easy to look at threads he starts and see that people start attacking him right away. I just don't think that's the right way to handle it. I wasn't trying to specifically call anyone out for doing this. I am just a regular poster in this forum. I am no longer going to have discussions like this in these threads.
