Why not have an 8 team bracket. Invite two teams in at the same time and they can battle it out with celebs, giftbaskets, songs and other such shit. Winner advances. It'd be like 2 dudes fighting over a girl. Isn't that what LA wants?

I just don't get how he is "torn". You accepted all these meetings. Torn between what? go to San Antonio already. I have no idea how the Suns ended up 2nd on his list. We are no where in mention. Yet we send Dame out to plead with Lamarcus. Come on.

Honestly, I like the moves portland has made but only if Aldridge returns. Without him I fear you guys won't have enough to compete in the brutal western conference. Still need a center though.

IF Aldridge were to come back, I think you'd see something like a Kaman for Hibbert unbalanced trade. That would leave you with a TON of big men and the need for another SG/SF who could handle and shoot.
 
So, is there any update on Lillard meeting with LA? Did he fly down there? Is he still there? Are they scheduled to meet? Am I the only one wondering why we haven't heard anything. Dame's agent was pumping out updates for a while last night. Where does it stand now?

We'll know soon enough if this cryptic note was meant for LA . . . because if it is, he'll take it down. Dame does wear his heart on his cyber sleeve. He's always posting something off the top/no filter, but when it's too personal he usually pulls it.
 
Could just be aimed at the ppl that think he ain't worth what he just got.
 
I really hope we hear details on how that Dame and LMA meeting went when all the dust clears. I think Quick would have a fucking field day with all this info. God damn after LA leaves, they are gonna go crazy writing articles and saying what happened and how LMA felt

sure, you will get those stories for a few weeks or so, but then they will move on to try to force another Blazer out of Portland.
 
Good article, but he ignores the fact that Wesley did not want to come back on similar terms.
