Wow and he did not have a good month.

U have to wonder if he didn't start if he would still have won all these months

Well Barnes and Davis weren't bad at all.

I just don't think he was a run away like in nov and dec

I am saying is this by default? Can u be a lil unbiased here?!

Im a huge fan but lillard wasn't great this month. Maybe that's why freeman just wrote an article about him hitting the rookie wall. It might be better if he loses the award once so it may motivate him for out playoff push.

And we have to start him. Austin Rivers would make Price and Smith look good!

simple question, who deserved it more? he could be horrible...if theres nobody better, hes the best...get it?

For a rookie he was still great this month, especially compared to every other rookie this month. And he doesnt have to be great just better than the other rookies for the month, which once again, he was.

I think if given minutes Davis or Drummond could win one

What the fuck, Carlito? Not only did Lillard have a great month for a rookie, he had a great month for a player in all the NBA! He averaged 17.7 ppg and 6.8 apg. Here are some of his highlight games:

Jan. 11 @ Golden State: Made seven three-pointers en route to a career-high 37 points during a 103-97 loss to the Warriors.

Jan. 19 vs. Milwaukee: Tallied 26 points and 10 assists during a 110-104 loss to the Bucks.

Jan. 23 vs. Indiana: Posted 20 points and eight assists as the Trail Blazers upended the Pacers 100-80.

He had a GREAT month. No one else was quote.

Geesh.
