Portland does have the oldest China town on the west coast.
I wonder if we could get Lin cheap for a backup PG? ;]

Correction, Lin's parents are Taiwanese, Jeremy is an Asian American. My wife is Taiwanese and she knows more about Jeremy Lin than I ever will. He's a legend over there.Lin isn't Chinese though, right? Taiwanese, I think?

I'll never understand how some people can go out and party after a loss like that, let alone in the winning team's city. I guess I'm just not wired like that. I would be inconsolable for at least a week after that game, and partying would be the last thing on my mind. I was too pissed after the Blazers lost game 3 to even talk to anyone for the rest of the night. I was pretty short with anyone I talked to the rest of that night and early the next day. But maybe I just have a personality disorder, who knows...

I hate it when a player goes out and parties after a loss when there's another game coming, but after a hard fraught series, and their offseason beginning, it seems like a few beverages might be just what's needed to get over the loss and not be too tightly wound. Especially if you can also be supportive for one of your best friends winning.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Lin hates his teammates. I seem to recall reading an article earlier in the season about how Harden and Howard always throw Lin under the bus, and everyone just goes along with it.Perhaps Lin likes us more than his own teammates? It seems like they're a lot of discord in that lockerroom.
Jeremy Lin has been to my friends restaurant down here in Mtn. View a couple of times and tried to ask out one of her smoking hot hostesses...and has been turned been turned down each time.

Wow, I'm surprised someone would turn down a millionaire.
You can say it... it's a Denny's isn't it?

That's racist. Not everything "Made In China" is cheap.

No, it's a little nicer than a Denny's...
Kind of surprising but not really. This is Silicon Valley and there are A LOT of multi-millionaires (Google HQ is just a couple of miles from the restaurant) and this girl gets hit on A LOT. There a better looking, richer dudes around here.
I was there. Lin and Matejunas were kickin it, but not with any of the blazers, it didnt seem. But yea, i agree, i cant believe he came out in portland after a deflating loss...but some guys cope better that way, so no judging
