For next season with players already on the roster. Mine is:

Meyers
Aminu
Crabbe
CJ
Dame

Gives us shooting with four excellent 3 point shooters. Dame and CJ can handle the ball and penetrate. Aminu at PF makes it a quick and athletic lineup. Getting the group to play decent defense will be the trick. We might want to start a different group to stagger Dame or CJ always being in the game and prevent Meyers from getting too many fouls. But I like this group to make runs, execute in the half court and close out games.

That lineup reminds me of early 90's Denver... no defense, 7 seconds to shoot. I like it! This is a group that could catch fire randomly in the third quarter and go on a 18-0 run if the other team helps by missing open shots.

Frazier
Connaughton
Aminu
Vonleh
Davis

No idea what to expect from them, but it would be interesting. :)

That's a tough one Alex.

But I have to go with:

Who is:

LaMarsha Sharmindridge
Benedict Aldridge
LaMarshmellow Allrims
LaNarciss Burnbridge
Gavin Dawson

Plumlee, Leonard, Amino, CJ, Dame

by the end of the year I am hoping it to be: Leonard, Vonleh, Amino, CJ, Dame

We desperately need one more scorer.

Dame (Frazier*)
Henderson (CJ)
Aminu (Gee*)
Davis (Vonleh)
Leonard (Plumlee)

*I expect these to change.

That's definitely an interesting lineup, small ball is always fun.

I'd probably go with:

Plumlee
Davis
Aminu
McCollum
Lillard

Surrounding Lillard with two good pick-and-roll partners and two good shooters strikes me as a good way to create a highly functional Lillard-centered offense. I also think this simultaneously gives the Blazers one of their best defensive groups as well.

Doesn't really matter. Draw straws for positions and give the young guys minutes .

Future:

PG: Lillard
SG: TBD
SF: TBD
PF: Vonleh
C: Leonard

6th man: McCollum

I'd try to pry away Barnes.

That lineup is going to get smothered on the offensive end. Lillard and McCollum are the only guys that can shoot in that lineup. Teams would just pack the paint and double Lillard on every possession.

For what? He was available last season for Love and then he had a strong season. The Warriors seem to really like him, so it would probably take a lot to get him.

Unless you mean Matt Barnes. ;)

magic beans and fodder.

Initially I had thought this might be our starting lineup; but thinking about it more I don't see how we will be able to play the trio of Plumlee, Davis and Aminu together at once. All of them are terrible shooters. They are the 3 worst shooters on our team. The offense would bog down and have an extremely hard time scoring. Pick and roll's wouldn't be effective when the defense can leave two other teammates wide open to come and help. We could start two of them; but not all three. I'd expect Plumlee to be the starting center and Davis the reserve that takes his place.

The best lineup is the lineup that puts us in the best position to draft: A) Ben Simmons B) Brandon Ingram C) Malik Newman

Yeah, I lost track of the fact that Aminu is such a poor shooter.

Technically they are great shooters. Just inside shooters. They know not to shoot much from 12 plus feet as that is when they can't hit at a good level.

I think if you want a nice balance of scoring and D then you go with

PG Dame
SG Henderson
SF Aminu
PF Leonard
C Plumlee

With CJ still as super-sub Vinnie Johnson (microwave role) but getting plenty of minutes and probably ends games.

Davis would still get healthy minutes backing up both Leonard and Plumlee and I not expecting a lot from Vonleh (this first year - but am in 2-3 years) so garbage minutes for he and Kaman.

Lillard / Cj
Connaughton / Henderson
Aminu / Crabbe
Leonard / Vonleh
Plumlee / Davis

My starters right now...

PG Damian Lillard

SG Gerald Henderson

C Miles Plumlee -but it's close with Kaman

SF Al Forouq Aminu

PF Meyers Leonard -could be close with Vonleh

+> Plumlee has to do more than set himself within two feet of the rim and slam dunk. I hope he is the team leader on blocks ( if refs allow that sort of thing without an instant foul call.) I expect CJ to get better and Dame to exceed expectations. Aminu and Davis are on my radar.
