My daughter’s HS program has never lifted weights before. Well she changed that. Worked with the schools 2 athletic trainers to create a lifting program for her team. As the team captain felt it was her job. Defending state champs getting ready!!!

One of the biggest tournaments in the country going on right now down in San Diego. Unfortunately can’t be down there to watch. The kids team lost 0-1 today, but she said her team played really well. Last event of the club season. High school starts in August. A71699E9-CBB1-465A-ACA3-CE5533583B15.jpeg

High School season is upon us. Her senior year….makes me sad. She’s out there leading the girls as the team captain. Gottem in the weight room and everything.
It’s time to defend that state championship FAMS!

I grew up on NE Portland Blvd between Woodlawn and Alberta parks. I got more soul than your Tigard-loving ass.

Where did you buy your kicks?

(already knowing that the answer is Payless Shoe Source)

Also, name 3 restaurants of your youf. That's all we need to know, son.

First pair of Nikes were from a shoe store from Lloyd Center. I remember in the 4th grade my feet were already the same size as my dad's, lol. By the 6th grade, I was taller than him.

Went to Holy Redeemer, I think we got my school clothes from Russell's, but I remember my mom got me some wide-leg salt and pepper corduroy pants. Those were fucking badass.

There was a Chinese restaurant on the corner of Union Ave and Dekum. We went there a lot because the owners went to our church. Farrell's for birthdays. And there was a Mexican restaurant on Killingsworth that we would go to because we could get Cuban food there.
