Oh yeah, Congrats to LaMarcus. Didn't think he'd get in after the slow start and 6 game losing streak, but without him this team would be lucky to have 12 wins.

Depends if he made it as a forward or a reserve. The bench has 2 guard spots and three forward spots but then theres two reserve slots that can be any.

No confirmed reports but some are saying Lee got one of the two wildcard slots over Curry. I think Aldridge actually got one of the Forward spots.
 
Why didn't curry make it?? Cause he's an undersized PG who takes a ton of shots and plays zero defense.

The warriors are an offensive machine that's why they win. Bench is very deep. Curry is good but not an Allstar.
 
And I will say it again.... Show me one coach or GM who wants lee on their team over Aldridge. If they said that they are lying. Stats aren't the only thing looked at. LA ove Lee every time.

The only time Lee looks unstoppable is against LA, so I can see why Portland fans think Lee is the shit.
 
it's a numbers game. there are 5 guards clearly ahead of curry and the team would be imbalanced with 6 guards.

it's crazy nobody on TNT or ESPN has said anything about team balance while whining about curry deserving to go or being snubbed.

the order announced on TNT was also interesting duncan/parker/westbrook/harden/zebo/LMA/lee. with the top 4 being unanimous or close to unanimous choices that could easily be the order of coaches vote totals, in which case LMA was ahead of Lee in the vote.
 
I'm so sick of the fucking overrated old spurs players. When will it end? I would actually take curry over Parker

Many self-proclaimed "experts" didn't think we'd win much more than 12 games WITH Lamarcus.

Biggest snub in the East is Brook Lopez. As I mentioned above I don't think Deng is All-Star worthy this year.

When Bill Simmons becomes a coach, I'll care about what he says regarding the vote of the coaches.

Coaches devise game plans against their opponents. Their vote in terms of All-Star means a lot more than Simmons trying to troll Blazer fans yet again.

I think it's ridiculous that NBA coaches think they know more than us fans do. How dare they put LMA on the all star team. It's not like they watch the games like we do. They're too busy doing things like diagramming plays or calling timeouts. There is no way LMA should be an all star! We fans know more! Screw those stupid coaches!

I don't think LMA is over rated around the league. Not if you listen to players and coaches and even opposing TV announcers. But yes under rated by some home team fans. But every team in every sport has a few of those.......
 
To be fair, there are some coaches that I wouldn't trust picking a team for me.
