Listening to Matt Williams in the post game it's obvious he knows he's out the door in a week. They asked him why he let Papelbon pitch after the fight his response three times was nothing more than he's our closer. I don't see who gives this guy another managerial job.

His rigid bullpen usage is well documented, Williams is just in over his head.
