@PJMiller16 @TBpup22 @Stren83 Dang, gentlemen... well done. This is fun and I'm looking forward to many more @RipCityTwo podcasts.

With the season starting I'd like to hear you guys talk about other teams in the west.

Specifically who is going to be improved? Who is going to slide?

Sacramento is due and they have talent. Wouldn't surprise me if they make a jump.

Thanks Sly.

I think we will leave the trade/consolidation stuff for closer to the deadline.

Thanks for all the input.

Thanks for the link, I enjoyed listening even though I missed the first segment. Didn't hear them answer any questions except the last one Fonz put on here so maybe they were in the beginning? Lot of Spurs content on the podcast segment I caught. The audio was ok on my end.

Initial impressions: twitter-fighting Jabari is going to be more rewarding that Jaynes. Haynes was ok on email, not so much on tweets

Better hope Rasta didn't listen or he will be writing his bad review as we speak. Mentioning the Rockets without talking about Kostas Papanikolaou.

I do want to ask him about the Spurs. I also think it will be good to see what outsiders think of the Blazers. We're hoping this will be a long term partnership.

I think it's a great idea to build a foundation with the guy now. Nice work!

Tjhanks HCP. Going from the train wreck that was the 76'ers to the World Champion Spurs to the up and coming Blazers in 3 seasons gives him a fairly unique perspective. It was a pleasure to have him on the show.

Our next one will be Wednesday, November 5 the day after the Blazers take on LeBron James and the Cavs. They will have played the Thunder, Kings (road), Warriors and Cavs and we should have a good idea if they will again be off to a hot start or struggle out of the gate against tougher competition.
