I have the utmost respect for Gordon Ramsay. On His "Kitchen Nightmares" show in 04, Gordon arrived here in town. Lancaster's shit hole "Casa Roma", Gordon hit up a shit hole dive, or- a Pizza and Italian restaurant, turned into a hard core biker and alcoholics bar only, and turned it back into its original configuration........

After 1 year of success, but, with new found success dwindling rapidly, due to not being able to maintain Quality of food, or service, the place shut down a year later. Gordon is a Helluva guy, who has no problems or arrogance, when meeting His fans.........
