Remember the "real" poll that was going to show a Trump landslide? One America Network, a conspiracy site, released their poll and quickly took it down. Only one state, Florida, was shown and that showed a tie. That was the best they could come up with.

I love science fiction but it has to be something that's possible.

GoT wasn't science fiction. Joffrey was a teenager who was not interested in governing but loved punishing. Has a singer's tongue cut out for singing a critical song. Had two men publicly strip and beat his fiancee, actually captive, a 12 year old girl. But when he cut his arm screamed bloody murder and ran to his mommy. Hid from battle while demanding soldiers sacrifice. Insisted everyone extravagantly praise him.
