Lonzo Ball better than Dame?

This doesn't upset me because it's so dawg gone downright ridiculous.

to me, they're both s0-s0 defenders, so claiming one is better than the other is like breaking your left pinky is better than breaking your right pinky.

But if you are left handed thats a major difference.

The 2 edged sword of playing in LA. With many other teams, Ball would be both less hyped and less hated. People wouldn't be babbling about him being better than Dame - but you also wouldn't have people (not neccesarily in this forum) claiming he is a bigger bust than Fultz.

Wait, didn't the Laker fanbase just have a month long wet dream about trading for Dame to pair him with Lebron? I guess if they can't talk thier way into the trade then collective delusion is the next best thing.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again: they are THE most delusional fans in all of basketball. I've never seen such bullshit in my life.

A close second would be Denver fans, IMO.

I dunno Knick fans are freaking psychotic...

Just personally speaking, I haven't dealt with many Knicks fans; either in person or online. But in my experience, LA and Denver have two of the most delusional fan bases in all of sports. Again, just my experience.....yours may differ.

I don't really have personal experience with Knick Fans, but there are a lot of Knick fans on National TV and Radio shows that are just obnoxious when it comes to their team. When I've spent time in Denver I never really had much of an opinion on their sports fans they seemed... ok?

Interesting how personal experiences vary!

Huh....you actually have a good point about Knicks fans on TV. I never thought about that....:smiley-hmm:

My experience with Denver fans all involve online encounters, just across various blogs and posts in comment sections, etc etc. They have some seriously deluded fans, lmao. Like thinking that they were going to get the #1 seed last season, and GS was going to get #8. :smiley-nope:

Well I guess every fan base has their homers lol. But saying GS is gonna get the #8 seed is crazy talk lol.

Oh yeah, it was pretty funny at the time. I posted about it in the "The Other Side" thread when it happened; probably back around December or so.

But getting back to LA......this whole "Lonzo for Dame"/any combination thereof talk is nonsense. Fuck LA.

To me Philly and Laker fans have a lot in common.
They always believe they're getting everybody for nothing. And they always believe their top pick is going to be a superstar.
