I like Cho. Glad he found a GM gig and think he ended up with an organization that fits his personality.

I can see why him and Alen didn't work. Cho is patient, prudent, and likes to develop from the ground floor up. Allen has already been there is in a win now kind of mode. Cho isn't the right GM for what Allen wants but appears to be the right GM for a Michael Jordan "businesman" type of organization.

I wish Cho the best of luck and think he will slowly build a playoff team in Charlotte.
