I was born with an extra half of a vertebrae, and because of it I now have scoliosis. It's not really an issue at all, except for certain sleeping arrangements. I just came back to school a few weeks ago, and I haven't woke up once without back pain. The bed is so damn soft and I can't switch it out because it's the dorms bed. So I just have to live with it. I've tried sleeping with something between my legs or sleeping with my legs propped up, and nothing. Anyone have any ideas, or any things that will help my back? I lay on the floor a lot when I'm not doing anything and that seems to help, but I like to lift weights a lot and play soccer and it's hard too when sometimes I can't even bend over to itch my leg.
