Lowered tolerance for alcohol

I don't get it. I used to go out most weekends and could take drinks with the best of them but for like the past few months, the taste of alcohol sickens me and when I do drink, one or two beers is enough to make me semi-tipsy. What's wrong with me, goddammit?!

And if it matters, I'm an 18-year old male - which is legal where I am.

Erm, dunno, something to do with puberty? Or maybe you've just got used to the taste and it bores you. Anything happen in your life that has eased some stress or put some on, thinking blood pressure and circulation speed here. Not speaking from experience, just speculating btw, cos, I'm only 15

Do you eat before you go out to get wasted? I bet that's your problem. If you drink on an empty stomach you get much drunker much faster.

I've had a somewhat similar experience lately. From summer through thanksgiving of this year i drank 3-5 days a week most weeks. Needless to say my tolerance was pretty insane. After thanksgiving i didnt drink at all until i got out for Christmas break and I've only gone out to get drunk two ro three times since then. My tolerance has lowered significantly. I dunno if you were drinking that much but i can imagine if you drink that heavily then all of a sudden stop for 2-3 weeks it really lowers your tolerance. I think its just hard for your body to maintain that tolerance unless you do drink very often like I was doing for a while.

In other news, I'm not an alcoholic yet! Hey ohhhh.

If you smoke weed before or at the beginning of drinking that will make you not want to drink...at least for me...when I was that age

Being drunk is overrated. Last time I was drunk was actually a year ago on New Years. It was the first time I was really drunk. Pretty weird experience. One minute I'm on Lenox Ave with the goons, the next minute I remember pissing on a tree in Central Park. Then some clown tried to steal my phone.

Needless to say I ended up throwing up a storm a few hours later.

i suggest you just drink soda pop. with the 151. its really good in DrPepper, also 151 mixed with beed kinda tastes like a DrPepper too.
