Nope! That not be gout! Gout is like you have an Elephant standing on your toe, and you can't move the bugger.

I had the damnedest time trying to figure how to get that uric acid down. What every the hell causes it it more than worth giving up. But nothing on the list I was eating.
Finally I said it has to be bread. Well not quite, it was the yeast in bread. Whooo!

It was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I've had attacks in my big toes, the balls of my feet, my ankles, and once in my elbow. If I owned a pair of bolt cutters I'd be walking around toeless right now...

Yes sir, I do hear you! Kidney stones are the other mind bending pain. Damn man! Both the gout and the stones come for the high levels of Uric acid! Yeast was the cause of mine,
you know, the stuff used in making bread and beer.
