Not bad @KingSpeed. My dad was a magician. He was a member of the magic castle in Hollywood. So, I have a pretty good understanding of magic. You seem to have a good mastery of those tricks. I'm going to shut my mouth and not say anymore.

Keep trying man. When my dad auditioned he did a show on a stage in front of a live audience and during his show he selected five people from the audience to assist him with different tricks. Afterwards he was asked how did you do that? My dad asked what? He was told the 5 people he called up were 5 of the 6 members judging him. He said magic! And he became a member.

My dad got his audition after going to the magic castle as a guest of another member. You have to be a member or be invited by a member to get inside the castle. The member who invited him happened to be at venice beach on the day my dad jumped off the pier in a straight jacket with chains wrapped around him. His hands under the straight jacket were also locked together with German chains. My dad was a hell of an escape artist. The lifeguards were not amused, but the magician from the magic castle saw him and told him he needed to be a member.

I have Mark Wilsons course in Magic. You should get it if you dont have it. It is the magicians bible. How many tricks did you do at your audition? You have to show a good variety to catch their attention. But, what they are really looking for as well is personality, excitment, and confidence. Confidence is key.

Good trick. Guess it didnt matter what card we picked. You switched them all or so it appeared. I'll have to go back and look. Your presentation is good. You speak well. Work on your nerves.
