How can they have a fact checker that can make the blanket statement, Current Vaccines are safe...?
Depends on too many factors; Vaccine for what? Live virus or not? who made it?

Vaccines are almost always made to protect the herd, where the herd usually will benefit. And almost always, one or more individuals will not including possible fatal reaction. Some do not protect the herd, where only individuals may benefit or not. Shingles comes to mind.
