thats about as much breaking news as his breaking news. After observing his work for so many years, I don't know why anyone gives a bleep about what he says. I know we're addicts for Blazer news but this guy has established himself as the worst source.

hahaha.. Quick is milking this for all he's got. And this has the makings of a huge letdown. This is LeBron-esque right here, maybe he'll have a web videocast thing up on OLive and call it "The Drama"

Kind of reminds me of 95.5 the game and their "big" announcement this morning -- Dwight Jaynes in the Oregon Sports HOF (woohoo!!)

I didn't get a chance to listen to that, but man, if they teased that as a "big" announcement, what a downer. Although at least that's something we didn't know, while Quick I think is going to have something that we may already know and won't live up to this hype.

Can you tamper HCP? I mean can you go talk to CP3 and tell him about how we have great fans like Mixum and even famous fans like Kingspeed? He'd get on the next plane to Portland tomorrow!

I'm siding with Barfo on this one, but he understated the significance of it. They're unfurling a banner on the grain silo...of Oden and it's actual life size. They had to dig a ditch about 20 meters deep to unfurl the whole thing.

Only talked to CP3 once. In the lobby of our hotel in NOLA, he was waiting for Jarrett Jack. Saw me in my Blazer shorts and we talked for a couple minutes. Real cool guy. Don't know if he'd take a call from the HCP though.
 
So basically there was no information?
 
How underwhelming.. Quick losing my faith in him with this stupid drama thing, and saying a trade is brewing.. Booo.

I know. And there's still nothing. I think he made a mistake putting a time on it on when he'd have something up, and he did say it was nothing "earth shattering."
