I mean obviously if Pat Williams is the guy we want there are other packages but they likely wouldn't include our pick coming back.

The Jrue-to-Boston deal was just announced this morning, but likely hasn't been ratified by the league office yet. If another deal sending Brogdon elsewhere (eg, to Chicago) is agreed upon, it likely can be bundled with the Jrue deal. Jrue out and Ball/WilliamsX2 works.

he wanted to start in boston. it was becoming a thing.

I dont think he'll be a malcontent but better to move him along sooner rather than later, imo. want as many sharpe minutes as possible

I though he was too injured or damaged to be traded. How would he expect to be a starter? Or is he actually healthy?

I don't think he gets a welcome post on Instagram if a trade was there.

Eventually he will be traded, but I'm curious what happens to him until then

joe could just be feinting at him staying. time is on his side, finally—there's no auspice of a messy training camp or media day or anything with brogdon—whereas an acquiring team would want him aboard as soon as possible.

i'm sure joe's keeping malcolm and his agent in the loop as to what might be going down.

Perhaps Blazers want to keep Brogdon - with Ayton, Williams, Brogdon additions, not to mention the resigning of Grant, Cronin probably thinks the rebuild is over and the push for the playoffs is at hand?

I don’t see a welcome post for Brogdon. They have one for Ayton, Camara and RWIII.
 
Word on the street is that Brogdon has been traded...
