There were faces, at least by the fellow in the plaid shirt. He raised his eyebrows more than once and made a look also with his lips mouthing the word 'What?'.

I'll bet there were few if any others who dared to make any sound or expression of Trump disapproval or even questioning his utterances. There are large and violent people who enforce complete submission at these 'rallies'.
