Well1. he's not an A* in the making, he IS an allstar2. Text for his name is kinda hard to see, blends in with the background3. Old pic of him4. The pic of him is too light. Too much contrast between the pitch black background and the totally white marion.

That's pretty good I see some potential in it if you just fixed up the little things.
 
with the lighting in that picture he looks like steve nash. in fact the only way I know it's not nash is because nash can't do that.
