Martin Hanzal would fit the Rangers need for a center with size. (Newsday)
Hanzal is 6-6, 226 and has 105 hits this season in 37 games and has won 56.5% of the faceoffs he has taken (346 out of 612).
He has 8 goals and 16 assists and averages 17:44 per game, 2:05 on the PP and 1:19 on the PK.
Steve Zipay wonders if a package of JT Miller, John Moore and a “midround pick” might be “tempting enough” for the Coyotes. (Newsday)
Hanzal is signed for two-more years with a cap hit of $3.1 million. (NHLNumbers)
