When I was farming with my family in Iowa, there were restrictions for a 14 year old with an agricultural license...only rural roads or two lane paved roads that accessed fields...a 14 year old was not allowed to drive farm equipment within the city limits...I'm sure it varies from state to state and I was 14 in the mid 60s..those laws might not be the same anymore...we never needed weapons to go to town and I knew of no one in my county who would think of carrying a weapon to town ...to transport a hunting weapon there were restrictions...one was they must be unloaded.I have driven my combined, repaired my combined, worked my combined where needed. Never did anything with a combined in town. No need nor is there a 2nd amendment or the equivalent covering my use of combined. I still an not likely to drive one downtown. Might pack some protection though, when I feel the need.
