Anybody who complains about the Yankees should just think about this situation.

...but, but, but, the Yanx are the only team who has injuries...and it's management's fault...player development...yadda yadda yadda.

All that nonsense and he's most likely going to be out for all of next season.

That's a shame, I wouldn't wish that on any one let alone someone who was as promising as he's been.

Mets' fans and Mets' announcers...and a few jerk-off media types:
"But but but....Matt Harvey is already a Hall of Famer ...and so is Wheeler and Mejia and....and..but...but.....the Mets are the team of the future....and...but ...but".......

P.S. No Excuses...in the words of Joe Friday--- "Just the facts".

I'd like to see how some of the Yankees' competitors would be doing if they lost 4 of their better HITTERS/PLAYERS for the vast majority of the season.

Okay,I'm done. Have a good night.

GO YANKS !

Something tells me Matt Harvey won't have to apply for Public Assistance and Food Stamps.
He'll bounce back and eventually will make a few million dollars.....now dry your eyes.

Some of us have already thought about it....over 20 years ago the Yankees drafted a kid (Brien Taylor) who was throwing in the high 90's and he never made it because he helped his brother out in a bar fight and tore up his shoulder or something....probably set the Yankee org back a few years when the Org was struggling.

Young starters that throw 100 mph every pitch are headed for the knife, so this is no surprise, and why those that complained about Joba and pointed to the way NY handled him causing his demise were way off, he was a TJ candidate no matter what, and so was Harvey, sad but inevitable.

And he'll never be same, no matter what they say about guys getting better after the procedure the fact is when he returns he will not be throwing as hard, he's going to have to learn how to pitch now and who knows what that means, it could mean failure just like Joba.

I hate to see a man deprived of his livelihood or life passion no matter what he does for a living.
